Modi House

This is an ongoing project for a five storey dwelling in New Delhi. The architectural concept focuses on creating a serene, minimalist environment that prioritizes peace and simplicity. It incorporates Vastu Shastra principles to ensure the space is harmoniously aligned with nature. The design also introduces an "inside–outside veil," using exterior-grade materials indoors to create a tranquil, nature-infused atmosphere. At the heart of the home is a double-height central space designed to be a peaceful, timeless core, offering filtered light and a calm focal point. In short, the narrative is one of quiet elegance and natural harmony through minimalist design.
